Notice: Transition to Zoho Mail for Institutional Email Services

Ubuntu Academic Institute wishes to inform all staff and students that, as part of our digital infrastructure enhancement, the institution will officially migrate to Zoho Mail for all institutional email services, effective 04 April 2025.

This strategic transition is aimed at improving the efficiency, reliability, and security of our email communications.

What You Need to Know:
Platform: Zoho Mail

Effective Date: 04 April 2025

Access: https://mail.zoho.com/zm

All staff and students will receive their login credentials via SMS or their currently registered email address. After receiving your credentials, you are required to log in to Zoho Mail, change your password, and begin using the platform for all academic and administrative correspondence.

Important:
Please ensure that you back up any essential emails or documents from the previous email system before 04 April 2025, as access to the old system will no longer be available after the transition.
